Cancellation conditions
Up to 8 weeks before the event free cancellation possible.
Up to 4 weeks before the event 50% cancellation fee.
After that 100% cancellation fee.
Always under the condition that the stand can no longer be sold - should this be the case, then no cancellation fees will be charged.
In case of cancellation due to corona NO cancellation fees will be charged.
